Safety First: INCREASE Conducts Comprehensive Fire Safety Training and Emergency Response Drills

To ensure zero fire incidents during key national events and in strict compliance with the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Guangdong Provincial Power Supply Regulations, INCREASE organized a large-scale fire safety training and emergency drill for all production personnel in September 2017. This initiative focused on three primary objectives:

1. Fire Prevention & Testing: Effectively preventing electrical fires and verifying the operational readiness of the company’s fire suppression systems.
2. Awareness & Self-Protection: Enhancing employee awareness and strengthening their ability to respond effectively and protect themselves in emergencies.
3. Operational Coordination: Minimizing the risk of chaotic on-site rescue by ensuring staff are proficient in emergency protocols and the use of fire-fighting equipment, thereby reducing potential casualties and property damage.

The exercise included rigorous inspections of fire-fighting apparatus, hands-on training for equipment operation, and simulated emergency response scenarios.

Through these drills, INCREASE underscored the vital importance of evacuation procedures and safety education. The program provided staff with practical experience in emergency evacuation, proper escape techniques, and the use of fire extinguishers and indoor hydrants. Beyond skill acquisition, the training fostered a proactive "safety-first" mindset among employees, encouraging vigilance and preventative action. Furthermore, the drill served as a critical test of the company’s internal command coordination and emergency rescue workflows, providing valuable data for future fire safety management.
