On-site Installation and Commissioning Service
In accordance with the requirements stipulated in the contract signed with the customer, we provide product installation, commissioning, and technical support services. Our company can arrange for technical engineers to provide full-service support until the system is operational. During the operation of the product, if there are any inquiries, we will respond within 4 hours. For technical issues that the customer cannot resolve, our company will arrange for technical engineers to arrive at the site within 24 hours based on the actual situation.
Training Services: We can provide technical training for product maintenance and operation personnel. Once the customer confirms the personnel to be trained and notifies us in advance, we will develop a targeted training plan accordingly.
Technical Documentation
After the product installation is completed and it is operating normally, our company will provide the Product User Manual and other relevant instructions to facilitate the customer's familiarization with the product's operation.
Service Principles
1、Within the Warranty Period: During the warranty period specified in the contract, for any equipment or project quality issues discovered during unpacking inspection, installation, commissioning, or trial operation, we provide free repair, replacement, or return services (the "three guarantees") until the product meets the quality requirements.
2、Outside the Warranty Period: Our company provides lifelong technical support services. If product components are damaged, we will supply spare parts at a reasonable price. Should the customer require product upgrades or expansions, our company will provide the necessary equipment and technical services for the upgrade at a preferential price.
