1. Related to the Personal Information Processor's fulfillment of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
2. Directly related to national security or national defense safety;
3. Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
5. Where the Personal Information Processor has sufficient evidence that the subject has subjective malice or is abusing rights;
6. For the purpose of protecting major legitimate rights and interests (life, property, etc.) of the subject or other individuals where it is difficult to obtain consent, but you will be notified promptly after the emergency is resolved;
7. Where responding would result in serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the subject or other individuals/organizations;
