Milestone Achievement: INCREASE Celebrates the Topping-Out of its New R&D and Production Headquarters

On the morning of November 26, 2019, INCREASE held a grand topping-out ceremony for its new Technology Building. Chairman Yin Wei, alongside senior executives and employee representatives, gathered to witness this significant milestone in the company’s history.

Located in the Baolong Industrial Zone of Longgang District, Shenzhen, the INCREASE Technology Building project represents a total investment of 150 million RMB. Spanning a 7,500 m² site with 32,000 m² of total floor area, the complex was completed within a 24-month timeline from design to structural capping. The facility comprises a 12-story integrated production and office tower, a 9-story dormitory and support facility, and two levels of underground space. The entire complex is scheduled to become fully operational in Q2 2020.

During the ceremony, Chairman Yin praised the synergy and seamless collaboration of all participating teams. He expressed high regard for the construction quality and rigorous schedule management, while extending heartfelt gratitude to the workers and partners whose support made this achievement possible.

The Technology Building is the first major self-built infrastructure project in INCREASE’s portfolio. Its completion marks the end of the company’s reliance on multiple leased facilities across different locations. This unified headquarters will serve as a catalyst for growth—elevating the corporate brand, optimizing the R&D environment, and attracting top-tier talent. Most importantly, it will provide a centralized hub for the strategic planning and execution of INCREASE’s future long-term objectives.
