The EVR1000-40000C(G3) is a new-generation, zero-standby-power air-cooled charging module launched by INCREE. It is characterized by high power density, exceptional reliability, high efficiency, and a high power factor. Featuring a built-in AC contactor, the module achieves zero power consumption during standby, effectively conserving energy and reducing operational costs while fully satisfying the charging requirements of all types of electric vehicles.

High Efficiency & Energy Saving

High power density: The internal space layout is greatly optimized, significantly saving the internal space of the charging pile.

Ultra-high efficiency: Adopts advanced SiC technology, with full-load efficiency ≥ 96% and peak efficiency ≥ 97%, significantly reducing operating energy consumption.

Zero Power Consumption

In non-charging state, the module can achieve complete power-off without standby power consumption, saving a large amount of electricity and reducing operation costs compared with traditional modules.

Safety & Reliability

Adopts DSP digital control, supporting voltage and current adjustment functions.

Built-in output voltage discharge and battery anti-reflux protection circuits.

Rich fault detection, protection and alarm functions, facilitating later maintenance.

Wide Adaptability

Adopts a three-fan balanced heat dissipation layout and full potting technology, effectively covering component pins, improving high-temperature resistance, dustproof and waterproof performance, and adapting to extreme environments from -40°C to 75°C.
