The ICR200-20000C is a 20kW AC/DC rectifier module designed for industrial and new energy high-voltage applications. It supports three-phase AC input and a wide-range DC output of 60–200V, with a rated current of 100A. The module employs DSP digital control, resonant soft switching, and active PFC technology, achieving an efficiency ≥94.5%, power factor ≥0.99, and total electrical discharge (THD) ≤5%. It is suitable for energy storage systems, industrial power supplies, and high-voltage battery charging systems.
