The ICR100-20000F is a 20kW AC/DC rectifier module designed for new energy vehicles and industrial charging systems. It supports three-phase AC input and a wide-range DC output of 20–120V, with a maximum output current of 220A. The module employs DSP digital control, resonant soft switching, and active PFC technology, achieving an efficiency of ≥95%, power factor (PF) ≥0.99, and total electrical discharge (THD) ≤5%. It is suitable for high-power charging scenarios such as new energy forklifts, AGVs, and special vehicles.
