Soft-switching technology: The DC/DC conversion adopts advanced LLC resonant soft-switching technology, with efficiency greater than 90%.
Fully digital control: Utilizes TI's DSP controller TMS320F2808, responsible for overall module control, phase locking, and fault handling, ensuring excellent consistency and anti-interference capability.
Grid voltage detection: Adopts advanced control algorithms. When the grid voltage or frequency experiences severe fluctuations or a power outage, the module automatically shuts down and stops feedback to protect itself from damage, with rapid response.
Input and output electrical isolation: Complete electrical isolation between DC input and AC output, eliminating the need for an external isolation transformer and meeting the requirements for power inverters in integrated power supply designs.
Wide operating voltage range, compatible with 220V and 110V systems, with an actual operating voltage from 90VDC to 300VDC, delivering strong adaptability.
Fan control: The cooling fan adopts a combined speed regulation mode based on temperature and output power. When the temperature is below 65°C and under light load, the fan runs at low speed with very low noise (less than 50dB); when the output is heavily loaded or the temperature exceeds 65°C, the fan runs at full speed with linear speed regulation, resulting in low noise and a long fan lifespan.
Bilingual operation in Chinese and English: Built-in support for both languages, allowing users to select as needed, offering flexibility, convenience, and strong universality.
