Introduction to 120kW Integrated DC/DC Charging Pile
EVP700-180/20000C-OC-AG2S/20000C-OC-AG1
The 120kW integrated DC/DC charging pile is primarily used for fast charging of electric vehicles and is suitable for mobile energy storage, photovoltaic energy storage and charging, microgrids, emergency power replenishment vehicles, and low-voltage grid scenarios. The product integrates DC/DC charging modules, charging interfaces, human-machine interaction, communication, metering, and billing functions. It adopts a modular design, has an IP54 protection rating, and features waterproofing, dustproofing, easy installation and commissioning, and simple operation and maintenance. The charging system uses multiple high-frequency DC/DC power modules operating in parallel with redundancy. It can directly draw power from energy storage batteries, DC buses, or other DC power sources and convert it into the stable DC charging output required by the vehicle. The inter-module current unevenness is ≤5%, ensuring high reliability and convenient maintenance.
