The IATF 16949:2016 standard is the globally recognized quality management system (QMS) specification for the automotive industry. Known for its rigorous focus on process control and implementation, it integrates the best practices of the world’s leading automakers. Securing this certification is a critical milestone that bolsters customer trust and opens doors to global automotive supply chains.

Following a period of dedicated leadership support and collective effort from the entire team, the INCREASE Quality Compliance Task Force has successfully aligned our operations with IATF requirements. This comprehensive journey involved meticulous system planning, the development of robust documentation, and extensive training—including internal auditor qualification and the Five Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA). After passing exhaustive internal audits, management reviews, and both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the official certification audit, INCREASE’s management systems were found to be in full compliance with all IATF 16949 standards and stakeholder expectations.

On December 4, 2017, the IATF certification body officially granted the certificate to Shenzhen Increase Technology Co., Ltd. This achievement serves as a strategic "passport" into the automotive sector, laying a formidable foundation for our expansion into On-Board Charger (OBC) products and strengthening our competitive edge. At INCREASE, we view the attainment of IATF 16949 not as a final destination, but as a new benchmark from which we will pursue continuous improvement and long-term excellence in the automotive power electronics market.
