Synergizing for Growth: INCREASE Hosts the First 2019 Management Exchange Summit

From March 26 to 27, 2019, INCREASE conducted its inaugural Management Exchange Summit of the year. The event brought together 32 senior executives and department heads from the headquarters and its various subsidiaries. The summit’s primary mission was to foster corporate culture integration, facilitate management dialogue, and drive collective growth through the sharing of technical expertise and operational experience.

Mr. Cao, Assistant to the General Manager, moderated the session. Chairman Yin Wei delivered the opening remarks, extending a warm welcome to the leadership team from Guangyi Power Conversion—including Chairman Wang and General Manager Bo—as well as other management representatives.

A highlight of the summit was the participation of Mr. Jean, an expert consultant from France with nearly 40 years of senior management experience at global corporations. Mr. Jean led intensive workshops on Change Management in M&A, sales leadership, and international marketing strategies. Through interactive group sessions and real-world case studies, attendees gained both theoretical insights and actionable frameworks for their respective departments.

The summit served as a platform for collaborative learning and strategic discussion, effectively strengthening the synergy between the parent company and its subsidiaries. By enhancing the team's management capabilities, R&D depth, and market acumen, the event has laid a solid foundation for future innovation. Moving forward, INCREASE plans to host a series of diverse exchange programs focusing on cultural alignment, advanced manufacturing, and quality control.
