5KVA High-Frequency Inverter

IV5000H/800
Adhering to a modular design philosophy, the IV5000H/800 high-frequency inverter utilizes DSP digital control and high-frequency soft-switching technology, ensuring high efficiency and reliability. By employing autonomous current-sharing technology, systems composed of these parallel modules completely eliminate any single point of failure (SPOF) in the strictest sense. Furthermore, the parallel modules can be configured to form a highly reliable N+1 redundant power supply system.

Efficient Heat Dissipation

Fan control: The cooling fan adopts a combined speed regulation mode based on temperature and output power. It runs at low speed under low temperature and light load, and at full speed under heavy load or high temperature, ensuring a long fan lifespan.

Safety & Reliability

Complete electrical isolation between DC input and AC output, eliminating the need for an external isolation transformer and meeting the requirements for power inverters in integrated power supply designs.

Autonomous current sharing technology: Adopts autonomous current sharing to automatically distribute load current among modules. If a module fails during operation, it automatically exits the system without affecting the normal operation of the entire system.

Convenient & Flexible

Supports live hot-plugging: Adopts integrated input and output aviation sockets, enabling live hot-plugging for convenient and flexible installation and maintenance.

Excellent Performance

DC/DC conversion adopts LLC resonant soft-switching technology.

Wide voltage range: Input operating range of 500~800VDC.

Fully digital control: A DSP controller is responsible for overall module control, switching, parallel operation algorithms, and fault handling, ensuring excellent consistency and anti-interference capability.
